Meet Your Recovery Team

You don’t just need a treatment plan—you need people. People who get it. People who listen. People who walk alongside you on the hard days and celebrate the wins that no one else sees.

At The Holistic ED Recovery Center, you’re not just another client—we’re here to build real relationships, grounded in compassion, expertise, and lived experience.

We’ve been where you are. And we believe full recovery is possible.

Eating Disorder Recovery Coach

Rebecca Rechtorik, CCIEDC 1055

Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach | Co-Founder

Rebecca is a Carolyn Costin Institute Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with a decade of experience and her own recovery journey from bulimia and exercise addiction.

She brings a Whole Person lens to recovery; you are not your eating disorder, rather, a complex and unique individual struggling with an eating disorder. She believes in addressing all areas of the person's life in order to achieve full recovery, not simply focusing on the symptoms of the illness.

Eating Disorder Nutritionist

Jesse White, RNCP, ROHP, CNP

Registered Holistic Nutritionist | Co-Founder

Jesse brings over a decade of clinical experience in nutrition for eating disorder recovery—and lived experience with binge eating disorder and exercise bulimia. She combines clinical skill with a deep respect for how messy, emotional, and real recovery can be.

Her approach is personalized and holistic. She creates a safe space for clients to physically stabilize and rebuild trust with food and body—one step at a time.

Dr. Nicole Hwang, BSc. ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Nicole consults with Rebecca and Jesse to provide a Naturopathic perspective to the personalized and integrative health care provided by the Holistic ED Recovery Center. Practicing since 2014, Dr. Nicole has always had a special interest in helping patients with digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, as well as stress and mood disorders.

Dr. Nicole believes that true healing encompasses all parts of the being; body, mind, spirit. Since illnesses can come from any of these areas, all three need to be treated to bring about deeper healing and recovery.
